We have commissioned Native American contemporary artists to transform our guestrooms into large-scale, livable installation works of art. These artist rooms offer our guests a lodging experience unlike anything else in the world. Link to view all of our Artist Rooms below. Our spacious Traditional King or Traditional Double hotel rooms are uniquely appointed with artwork and furnishings influenced by Native American culture, each of which also features a dedicated workspace and scenic views from your own balcony or patio.
The Sandia Mountains frame the landscape surrounding Nativo Lodge and the glow of the legendary sunsets – famed for their pink hue that directly translates into the phrase “Watermelon Mountains” in Spanish – are best viewed from our Mountain King and Double rooms. They are also uniquely appointed with artwork and furnishings influenced by Native American culture and include a dedicated workspace.
Our Junior Suites — larger than our Traditional Kings — are uniquely appointed with artwork and furnishings influenced by Native American culture. Each Junior Suite also features a dedicated workspace, scenic views from your own balcony or patio, and a microwave and refrigerator for your convenience. Mountain Junior Suites feature views of the Sandia Mountains.
The Nativo Presidential Suite features a large living area with a sleeper-sofa and dedicated workspace, a kitchenette, and a separate bedroom with a king size bed and over-sized bathroom complete with a double vanity. Our Presidential Suite also features two balconies and is uniquely appointed with artwork and furnishings influenced by Native American culture. It is the perfect space for use as a hospitality suite or for hosting small groups and family reunions.
