Excellent Staff
My first time back to ABQ since 2009. I've been coming here since the sixties and I think this was the longest I've been away from my second home. I met so many interesting people in the hotel bar and Valentina, Tanya, Natasha, and Kane made my visit that much better. Wendy at the front desk was working a double shift when I checked in on 9/20 and she was great. When I come back next year, I hope the same people are still there. The decor in this hotel is the best. It optimizes what New Mexico is all about.

Super Cool Hotel!
This hotel was super cool!! Awesome art that really made you feel the New Mexico vibe. Beautifully decorated inside. The room was really nice and the bed was super comfortable. The girls at the front desk were friendly and really made us feel welcome. I really liked the lighting and the vibe in general. I know it sounds silly, but I even really liked the shampoos and conditioners, very soothing. It's not a typical cookie-cutter hotel... It was nice to experience something new. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Weekend Getaway
Our weekend getaway was much needed. We had not been away alone for almost 3 years. It was very relaxing and the view was great. I was over the pool and it looked beautiful to look out. The staff was very nice. I walked out my room and the housekeeper said good morning then when we came back asked if we needed services. I told her we were good she was so pleasant. Glenn Major is a great manager for this facility. Oh and the free cocktail was an unexpected item. I never been to another hotel that offered this and I live in NM. I will stay again and recommend this location to my family and friends.

Great Customer Service
Needed to reserve a room for a family member that was traveling to Colorado from Arizona. Located right off the 25 this seemed to be a very convenient spot. I called directly to the location not the 800 number. Was lucky enough to have Wendy answer the phone. Not only was she very pleasant on the phone, she handled the entire reservation including sending me an Authorization form in less than three minutes. Great Customer Service Wendy, Mr. Major is very fortunate to have you!!! Thanks again.

Excellent! Don't Miss This One!!
Pedro Najera... remember that name... great cook! The food was amazing. I can not say enough about the man's personal service and great cooking skills and techniques. This man can turn an ordinary plate of beef nachos to a party in your mouth, he is THAT good.
Front desk staff were pretty awesome. I think the lady that took care of our arrival was Alexis. What was a stressful trip just melted away into oblivion when she handled even getting us a shuttle so we could attend a concert at the local casino. We did not have enough time to go to the pool or fitness center. I would strongly recommend any of my family or friends to stay here.

Our April 2014 stay at Nativo Lodge, Albuquerque
The Nativo staff is very professional and will "bend over backwards" to accommodate those of us with "special needs" (I am hypersensitive to chemicals). Glenn Major, at the front desk truly went "above and beyond" to make our stay enjoyable and "perfume free." The Nativo is easy to get to and fun to stay in.

Here is a wonderful hotel and an exceptional restaurant!

First, since I just savored a fabulous breakfast, let me compliment Chef Shawn and Servers Missy and Tamera. The chef is truly talented and precise in preparing traditional American breakfasts to order and the distinctive delights of New Mexican cuisine, so don't miss breakfast if you stay here. Missy and Tamera are friendly and extremely helpful, and their service is top-notch, whether you are on your own or in a big group. (I was able to observe their attentive service to a party of seven or eight a few feet from my table.)
This hotel is affordable but with its comforts and stunningly beautiful decor you will experience actual splendor. The front desk staff welcome guests with charm as well as sterling efficiency. The sparkling clean rooms feature balconies and lovely views. Housekeeping staff fulfill all requests quickly and pleasantly. A heated indoor-outdoor pool and hot tub await you, plus a well-stocked exercise room, and all of these are wheelchair-accessible.
Why can't every hotel be like this?

Very nice people

I stayed twice for work a few days apart, the staff was so friendly and remembered my name and helped me out with whatever I asked for. The rooms were very nice especially the "artist" rooms which are hand painted by locals. I will not hesitate to come back on my next trip to the area.
